Rare Movie Night
Having booked a room to seat 50 people, CORDSA presented the film Catch Me If You Can. There were 'comercial breaks' where CORDSA members presented information on different rare diseases. Thank you to all attendees and presenters.
CORDSA's First Bottle Drive
With the work of some wonderful volunteers, we were able to raise over $300! Thank you to all who who contributed and helped out.
NORDSA's Raise for Rare Calorie burning competition for Rare Disease Day!
From February 21-27, 2021, participants burned as many calories as possible in honor of Rare Disease Day. The grand prize winner, Elizabeth Mulligan, burned over 17,000 calories and took home the 2-day ski trip to Marmot Basin in Jasper.
At the end of the week, we raised over $2000 for MitoCanada, a non-profit in Calgary focused on rare mitochondrial diseases.

Steps4STEPS Fundraiser
Congratulations to the Grand Prize Winner of our Steps4STEPS fundraiser, Ashley Ross, with the winning distance of 17 km! She’ll be receiving a $50 Gift Card courtesy of High Level Diner!
